I must say, Susi’s challenges are really getting more challenging. It took me quite a while to get this down. Then the title of this senryuu is another challenge. All in all, I like this. Not my usual finesse, probably, but I still like it.

It has been a while since I write anything and sadly, I found it really difficult to even come up with one senryuu. Try as I might, this is the best I can offer. 😦

Hmm, this took a really long time for me to come up with. For some reason, I can’t find all the right words to fit into this senryuu – either too many syllables or too little. But I’m quite happy with the end product. The photo is inspiring as usual, but my brain just refuses to co-operate at times. Today is one of those days.

I believe Susi really outdo herself this time with the image prompt. This really got my gears moving (pun? pun-ish?) and I came up with two senryuu. It sounds rough and the meters seem a little off, but I like it.
